Discoloration and Deterioration |

Discoloration and Deterioration do not
happen for no reason. When you see this on your walls, you can
be sure that something is not right. Quite often, moisture is
the reason. The key is to determine where the moisture is
coming from. It could be condensation due to imbalanced HVAC
systems, it could be moisture from hydrostatic pressure that has
penetrated the foundation and sits on the floor, or it could be from
surface water that percolates through the foundation walls.
Once you have found the source, then you can implement the proper
solution. Simply putting a fresh coating on the walls will NOT
solve the problem. |
