Crack Repairs

In our 50 years of experience, we have learned that there is only one truly, guaranteed effective way to deal with a foundation crack, and that is to seal it from the OUTSIDE!  Epoxy injection and soil injection methods are simply too undependable.  If you truly want to protect your investment, you need to dig outside, all the way down to the footer.  Once we've excavated the area, we then fill the crack with silicon epoxy caulk.  Next we coat the entire area in roofing cement (the black stuff).  Then we cover the entire area with thick mill plastic sheeting, and finally add a layer of styrofoam sheeting to protect against roots and stones.  Once the dirt is put back, there is no way water is getting through that crack, GAURANTEED!
